Returns and Refunds on Sawwt are easy and hassle free. If you want to return your ordered product(s), then you can initiate a return. To initiate the return, you can go to the our Returns Center, through this link: https://www.Sawwt.com/returns

You can enter your order information i.e. Email id / Phone number and the Order ID, after that you can tell us the reason to return, then you will get the option to get the refund or the exchange of the item.

Once, you will create the return request, we will check and will proceed further on your request. After, we'll accept your request, you will get the email notification regarding the same. When we will receive the returned item, we will process the refund / exchange instantly.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Sawwt, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees will be borne by us.

No, there are no charges for returning items. Please note that the initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

What items can be returned?

You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your shipment to return items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn for clothing, and in the original packaging. Please be aware that free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your items and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
